2014年获得芬兰赫尔辛基大学药学博士学位;2016--2018年在哈佛大学David A. Weitz教授(美国科学院、工程院、人文与科学院院士)课题进行研究工作;201703月晋升为赫尔辛基大学药学院Principal Investigator,随后获聘为赫尔辛基生命科学研究所HiLIFE Fellow2018年入选国家级人才青年项目;2019年入选江苏省双创人才

通过调控吸收速率和分布等体内动力学特征,微粒制剂(如聚合物微球、脂微球、纳米粒等)可大幅提高药物疗效、减少毒副作用。课题组以药物体内动力学的高效调控为目标,致力于微粒制剂的工程化研究。聚焦纳微尺度下药物在界面处的扩散规律,形成微粒制剂制备的基础理论框架,实现对药物扩散特性的精确控制,突破传统相似相容原理对药物装载种类和效率的限制,构建超高载药微粒制剂的核心技术体系和关键设备。以微粒制剂的高效制备为核心,课题组初步形成了包括基础理论体系、多尺度研究方法和药物动力学调控目标在内的三位一体整体学术思路。

目前担任Dove出版社咨询编辑;J Healthc Eng、《中国医药工业杂志》等杂志编委会编委。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、芬兰Jane and Aatos Erkko基金、芬兰科学院博后基金等研究项目。以第一作者和/或通讯作者身份在Adv MaterAdv Drug Deliv RevNano LettAdv Funct MaterSmallJ Control Release等学术期刊上发表论文16篇。
