严明,男,药理学,副研究员,博士,中国药科大学新药筛选中心

学习、工作经历

2003年毕业于中国药科大学药理学专业,进入新药筛选中心从事新药筛选相关工作。期间承担建立了中心高通量药物筛选实验室和相关的技术管理规范,负责G蛋白偶联受体、激酶、蛋白酶、肝药酶等317个药物活性筛选模型的对外服务。20133-20189月,获得国家留学基金委资助赴美国人口学会Poulation  Council's Center for Biomedical  ResearchMary M.Wholford实验室访学,师从C.Yan Cheng教授学习血睾屏障调节蛋白的功能研究和转化应用。目前主要从事新药筛选新技术开发应用,中药抗炎活性成分的筛选和药理、毒理机制研究。
