王琛

王琛:博导、二级教授。1993年获北京农业大学学士学位,1998年获中科院上海生物化学研究所博士学位,1998-2002年在美国德克萨斯西南医学中心(UT Southwestern Medical Center)进行博士后训练。2002-2016年任中科院上海生命科学研究院生化与细胞所课题组长、博导。曾任中科院分子细胞生物学重点实验室副主任,生化与细胞所学术委员、民盟中科院上海分院副主委、上海市第十三、十四届人大代表,第十一届全国青年委员。2016年5月起任中国药科大学生命科学与技术学院教授、博导、院长。曾获得科技部“973”和“863”项目,国家基金委“杰出青年基金”、“重点项目”、“中加国际合作项目”、“创新研究群体”、“面上项目”、中科院“百人计划”、“分子细胞卓越中心”等支持。兼任Chemistry of Life、Chinese Journal of Cell Biology、Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica等期刊编委。 
研究工作
    综合运用分子细胞生物学、免疫学和疾病动物模型,聚焦在发现并解析宿主模式识别受体的特异性识别(TLRs、RLRs、cGAS-STING)、细胞信号转导关键通路(NF-kB、IRF3)的组成与动态变化、早期免疫应答反应的时空特性,阐释固有免疫与急性炎症相关的分子调控机制。特别关注泛素与类泛素化修饰(Ub、SUMO、ISG15、NEED8)调控固有免疫和炎症的新功能与新机制,并从天然小分子化合物库中筛选并研究调控相关通路的先导化合物。以第一或通讯作者在Nature、Cell,Immunity、Nature Immunology、Journal of Cell Biology、PLOS Pathogens, Cell Research、Development、Journal of Immunology、Molecular and Cellular Biology、Molecular Biology of the Cell、Journal of Virology,Immunology、Cytokine & Growth Factors Review等杂志发表论文50余篇。
