张玉彬

1.本人简介(教育、工作经历)
张玉彬   博士、教授、博导,生物化学教研室主任。
  1998.7毕业于中国药科大学生科院,获生化药学专业博士学位。1989.7毕业于中国医学科学院和北京协和医学院 医药生物技术所,获微生物药学专业硕士学位。1982.7 毕业于江南大学化学化工学院获获学士学位。2002.2-2007.1美国路易斯安娜州立大学Pennington生物医学研究中心从事博士后研究。现任中国生化与分子生物学学会教学专业委员会理事,江苏省生化与分子生物学学会理事,江苏省生物技术协会理事,美国科学促进会(AAAS)会员,北美肥胖症研究协会(NAASO)会员,中国药科大学学报编委,中国医药生物技术杂志编委和Biotechnology杂志编委。曾获江苏省六大人才高峰项目和南京市优秀留学回国人员项目资助。
2. 研究方向及科研情况
本课题组主要开展代谢性疾病的分子基础与药物治疗研究。利用细胞系统和动物模型,通过分子生物学技术手段,探讨代谢性疾病的发病机制及药物治疗作用的分子机制,研究创新药物治疗肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝病、2型糖尿病和动脉粥样硬化等代谢疾病的分子药理作用机制。
近年来的主要研究方向:(1)代谢生物学的基础研究:主要开展线粒体功能及PGC1和NT-PGC1的结构与功能研究。首次发现并报道了NT-PGC1,其在能量代谢中的生物学功能已引起国内外同行关注。(2)代谢性疾病的药物治疗研究:围绕PGC1和NT-PGC1信号通路开展代谢相关性疾病的药物治疗研究,如肥胖和非酒精性脂肪肝。运用生物转化与化学合成方法制备传统中药的代谢产物,阐明其治疗代谢性疾病的生化与分子药理学作用机制。上述研究获2项国家自然科学基金面上项目资助,2项重点实验室开放基金资助。
