陈君

陈君,女,博士,副教授,博士研究生导师。2000年7毕业于中国药科大学中药制药专业,获学士学位;2006年7月毕业于中国药科大学生药学专业,获博士学位,并留校任教。现为生药学药用植物学教研室主任。
主要从事中药活性成分发现与质量评价研究,主要通过建立基于亲和色谱、液相色谱-质谱联用技术、生物技术的新方法、新技术,发现与评价中药复杂体系中活性成分(群),进而阐明中药药效物质、开展中药质量标准及新药开发研究。
主持国家自然科学基金项目3项(面上项目:基于丹参酮小分子探针研究其抗血管内皮细胞氧化应激损伤的分子靶标及调控机制81573705;面上项目:多靶垂钓/成分在线捕获方法的建立及在抗老年痴呆中药药效物质群研究中的应用81073006;青年科学基金项目:高效液相偶联自由基捕获检测系统用于中药抗氧化效应评价及其物质基础研究30801521),入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”;完成了2010年版《中国药典》山银花、萹蓄等品种的质量标准起草;作为研究骨干参与国家自然科学基金创新群体项目、重点项目和国家重大科技专项“重大新药创制”等课题的研究工作,为教育部创新团队、江苏省创新团队的主要成员。近五年来,在Journal of Chromatography A、Analytical Bioanalytical Chemistry、Journal of Functional Foods等国际杂志发表SCI收录论文34篇,获授权发明专利7项。获2013年度教育部自然科学一等奖(排名第四),2009年度国家科学技术进步二等奖(排名第九),2007年度教育部自然科学一等奖(排名第九)。指导本科生完成的作品获第十二届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛江苏省三等奖,指导本科生开展的国家大学生创新性实验计划项目入围第四届全国大学生创新年会学术论文大赛(2011年)。
