蔡挺

蔡挺,博士,江苏特聘教授,博士生导师。2003年本科毕业于复旦大学化学系,2008年博士毕业于美国弗吉尼亚理工大学化学系,随后在美国威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校药学院从事药剂学博士后研究工作。2014年回国工作前在美国上市制药公司药物制剂部担任研究员,工作期间主持和完成多项难溶性药物复杂制剂的研发工作。主要研究方向为物理药剂学、药物晶体学、创新药物剂型设计、药物体内过程评价和药物制剂工程工艺等,已在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Chem. Commun.Mol PharmaceuticsActa Biomater.Cryst. Growth Des.Int. J. Pharm.J. Phys. Chem. B等化学和药剂学知名期刊发表论文30余篇,引用近1000次。作为项目负责人主持国家“十三五”新药创制重大专项、国家自然科学基金和留学回国科技活动项目择优资助等项目;作为领军人才主持江苏省双创计划创新团队项目并入选江苏省“六大人才高峰计划”;获得2015年中国药物制剂大会“青年药剂学奖”;担任药剂学杂志Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences科学顾问。目前担任中国颗粒学会青年理事会理事,中国晶体协会药物晶体学专业委员会委员和中华中医药学会中药制药工程分会委员。


课题组围绕物理药剂学和制剂工程学领域的前沿科学问题,利用先进的理化技术手段,开展理论和应用研究工作。主要研究内容包括:

1)药物晶型、结晶工艺及处方前研究

2)难溶性药物的无定形态制剂研究

3)药物新型缓释及控释制剂

4)药品质量源于设计和控制

5)药物体内传递及影像学研究
