梁艳

    梁艳, 中国药科大学教授,博士生导师,密西根大学访问学者;江苏省“六大人才高峰”资助对象,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”培养对象,主要从事中药复杂组分和生物大分子药物的药代-药效物质基础与作用机制研究。

先后主持国家级项目5项、省部级项目5项; 完成20余项新药的临床前及其临床药代动力学研究。研究成果获2012年度江苏省科技进步一等奖(排名第三)、获2013年度教育部科技进步一等奖(排名第三)、2007年国家科技进步二等奖(排名第九);累积发表SCI论文80余篇,其中多篇论文发表在DMD, APS, JCA, ACA, Talanta等药代动力学领域权威期刊。

 

具体研究方向:

1)中药复杂组分药代、药效结合研究:以三七、五味子、麦冬、灵芝孢子粉等为模型中药,在建立中药体内外物质基础研究关键技术的基础上,考察中药复杂组分发挥药理活性的直接作用与间接调控机制,并揭示其真正的药效物质基础,从而促进中药的进一步开发及其临床合理用药。

2)生物大分子药物药代、药效结合研究:针对蛋白、多肽类药物在体内易降解、暴露量低等特点,以奥曲肽、GSH、脑蛋白提取物等生物药为研究对象,在建立适用于蛋白、多肽类药物的药代、药效研究关键技术的同时,阐明药源性成分的体内过程及其发挥药理活性分子机制。
