孙宏斌

                      自我简介
孙宏斌 (Hongbin Sun),1966年12月出生。教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、博士生导师。
研究方向:(1)抗代谢性疾病药物研究;

       (2)抗肿瘤新药研究。
1989年毕业于吉林大学化学系;1995年获中国药科大学博士学位;1995-2001年先后在中科院上海有机化学研究所、德国亚琛工业大学有机化学研究所和美国佛罗里达大学化学系从事博士后研究;2001-2003年在美国加州Metabolex公司从事抗糖尿病新药研究,所参与研制的抗糖尿病新药MBX-2044已进入II期临床试验;2003年8月回到中国药科大学任教。现任“天然药物活性组分与药效”国家重点实验室副主任、江苏省代谢性疾病药物重点实验室主任、中国药科大学药物科学研究院新药研究中心主任,兼任国家基金委医学部“十三五”发展战略研究“药物学”专家组副组长、国家自然科学基金委医学部二审专家、中国药学会药物化学专业委员会委员、江苏省药学会药物化学专业委员会副主任委员、中国药科大学学位评定委员会和学术委员会委员、国家技术发明奖会议评审专家,担任Medicinal Chemistry、Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery (2008-2015)、Drug Discoveries & Therapeutics(资深编委)、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、中国药物化学杂志和中国药科大学学报等国内外期刊编委。
长期从事药物化学、有机合成化学和新药研究。基础研究课题主要包括两个方面:(1)脂代谢异常相关疾病的靶标确证及新药发现;(2)去泛素化酶(Deubiquitinase)的靶标确证及抗肿瘤新药研究。在新药开发方面,主持研制的国家1.1类抗血栓新药“维卡格雷”正在进行I期临床试验;主持研制的降血脂和抗脂肪肝新药OA在早期临床验证试验中显示了显著疗效。在国内外期刊发表论文184篇,其中SCI论文122篇;获授权专利 15项(其中美国和日本专利各1项);参编著作5部;获1.1类新药临床批件2个。
主持的科研项目包括国家科技重大专项“重大新药创制”、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划(培育项目)、国家自然科学基金面上项目、欧洲糖尿病研究基金、高等学校科技创新工程重大项目培育资金和高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金(优先发展领域)等。
2005年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”;2006年获中国药学会“施维雅青年药物化学奖”;2007年获EFSD (欧洲糖尿病研究基金会) Grant Awards for Collaborative Diabetes Research between China and Europe;2012年入选教育部“长江学者奖励计划”;2013年入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象;2014年作为团队负责人组建了“江苏省代谢性疾病药物重点实验室”;2016年当选江苏省有突出贡献的中青年专家(公示完毕)。自2004年以来,已培养毕业硕士生25人,毕业博士生18人,其中1人获2009年度中国药学会-施维雅青年药物化学奖,并获得全国优秀博士论文提名论文奖。目前承担博士生课程《药物立体化学》、硕士生课程《药物化学选论》和本科生课程《药物设计》的教学工作。
