谭宁华

谭宁华,女,1963年10月生,博士、教授、博士生导师。
研究方向:中药化学、中药药理学、抗肿瘤新药研究。
简介:2015年5月作为高层次人才从中国科学院昆明植物研究所引进到中国药科大学,现任中国药科大学中药学院副院长。国家杰出青年基金获得者,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,中国科学院“百人计划”和王宽诚西部学者突出贡献奖获得者,云南省中青年学术带头人和“三八”红旗手。中国植物学会理事及其植物化学和资源学专业委员会主任委员,中国化学会化学生物学专业委员会和女化学工作者委员会委员,中国生物物理学会女科学家分会委员,世界中医药学会联合会中药分析专业委员会和中药化学专业委员会委员。在国内外学术会议上作邀请报告70多次,主办大型国内或国际学术会议4次,Chemical Reviews、《中国天然药物》等30多种国内外杂志审稿人或编委,国家、中科院、云南省、江苏省等项目评审专家。培养及联合培养的研究生和博士后80余名,包括美国、澳大利亚、香港、尼日利亚、喀麦隆的国外研究生和博士后12名,与国内外20多个实验室建立了广泛友好的实质性合作关系。
学习工作经历:1984年学士毕业于贵阳医学院药学系,1990年硕士毕业于中国药科大学天然药物化学专业,1993年博士毕业于中国药科大学天然药物化学专业。1984-1987年贵阳医学院药学系教师,1993-1995年中国科学院昆明植物研究所植物化学博士后,1996-2015年中国科学院昆明植物研究所植物化学与西部植物资源持续利用国家重点实验室研究组长、副研究员、研究员和副主任,2015年至今中国药科大学教授。1996、1998、2006、2008年先后到德国BAYER药物研究所、美国NCI、澳大利亚昆士兰大学和美国威斯康星大学从事合作研究。
研究领域:国内外植物环肽研究领域知名专家,主要从事环肽化学和生物学及其新药研究与中药研究,特别是植物环肽的资源、化学、生物学、化学生物学和新药研究,目前主要集中在含环肽药典中药物质基础及功效成分、抗肿瘤和免疫抑制新药研究、止咳中药。研究工作涉及中药化学、药用植物资源、药物筛选与作用机制、药物设计与有机合作、化学生物学、新药研发等。
研究成果:在Chemical Reviews, Science, Organic Letters, British Journal of Pharmacology, Journal of Natural Products, Phytochemistry等国内外杂志上发表论文280多篇,其中SCI论文180多篇,参编专著章节10个,申请或授权专利16项,获得云南省自然科学一等奖1项。先后承担国家自然科学基金、973、新药创制重大专项、中科院项目、云南省自然科学基金、国际合作、人才引进等项目50多个。代表性工作是植物环肽、复杂配糖体和抗肿瘤活性研究等。在植物环肽研究方面取得了系统的创新性研究成果,获得2006年度云南省自然科学一等奖,应邀在化学学科影响因子第一的Chemical Reviews(2006, 106: 840)发表论文,该文入选2008年度首届中国百篇最具影响优秀国际学术论文。
