姚和权

姚和权(Hequan Yao),中国药科大学药学院药物化学系教授、天然药物活性组分与药效国家重点实验室教授,博士生导师,江苏省天然活性分子发现和优化重点实验室副主任。2017年4月起担任中国药科大学科学技术处处长,兼任江苏省青联委员,江苏省青年科学家联合会执委。分别于1998年和2001年在中国药科大学获学士学位和硕士学位,2004年在中国科学院上海有机化学研究所获有机化学专业博士学位。2004年9月至2007年11月在美国斯坦福大学医学院从事博士后研究工作,2008年初回国任教授。入选2009年度教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,获2010年度教育部霍英东基金(基础性研究课题)资助,作为骨干成员入选2011年度教育部“长江学者和创新团队发展计划”创新团队。已主持“重大新药创制”国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目等国家省部级研究项目和人才项目10余项。迄今已在Angew Chem Int Ed、PNAS、J Med Chem、Green Chem、Chem Comm、Org Lett、Chem Eur-J、Adv Synth Catal、J Org Chem等国际知名刊物上发表SCI论文100余篇,论文总被引次数超过2000次。目前课题组主要致力于活性天然产物的全合成/结构修饰/生物学评价研究以及活性分子合成导向的催化有机反应方法学研究。课题组在读博士生5名,硕士生12名。热忱欢迎有志于药物化学和有机化学研究的优秀学子加入。

课题组研究方向:
1. 活性天然产物的全合成、结构修饰和生物学评价研究:针对具有强生物活性的天然产物如生物碱类、环状萜类,开展活性天然产物的全合成、结构修饰与生物学评价以及基于活性天然产物模板的创新药物研究。
2. 活性分子合成导向的催化有机反应方法学研究:以有机化学的基本理论为基础,以金属催化和有机催化在复杂活性天然分子和活性先导化合物以及现有药物的合成中的潜在应用为目标,开展导向活性分子合成的惰性化学键活化,不对称金属催化以及有机催化反应方法学研究,特别注重催化反应在药物分子合成中的应用。
